Role: Marketing Director
Why s the position open: supplementing team with missing skill set
Location: 3110 N Central Ave, Suite D-160 Ground, Phoenix, AZ 85012
Hybrid: in-office 1-2 days/week is ideal
Duration: contract through the end of the year with potential for extension and/or hire
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Start Date: 5/13 at the latest (the sooner, the better)
TOP 3 FOR THE ROLE: #1: experience building brands; #2: experience building/improving customer journeys; #3: proven experience creating strategy to meet business objectives and assist with execution when needed
Responsibilities:
- Adopt consultative approach to assess current state and develop digital marketing strategy
- Delegate projects to team and conduct tactical execution of strategy as needed
- Be driving force to elevate customer-facing brand and product by analyzing and making recommendations to improve online experience and customer journey
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience building a customer-facing brand
- Proven experience building customer-facing product
- Experience improving online experience and customer journey to align with brand and product
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- B2B sales industry experience
- Proven marketing experience for memberships as a product
Additional Information:
- Company s product is a membership
- MVP version of the product is a membership with extra perks currently working on MVP for the next 5 months. Plan to test it in Q4.
- Currently using Dotdigital for marketing automation. Contract is up for renewal in June and open to suggestions.
